Graduation Time!

CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve done all the hard work to graduate! You’ve made it through years of homework, activities, studying, and finals. Hopefully you had time to make fun memories too!

Since you’re graduating it’s time to celebrate. You’ll want to always remember your graduation with professional photos. Senior photos are the best way to capture your excitement and share this time with others in your life. You want to send announcements and share this moment with your friends and family.

I want your senior photo experience to be stress free and exciting. It’s a time to showcase who you are, what you love to do, and show off your unique personality. I’ll be there the whole way to guide you through what to wear, where to have photos, and how to use your photos.

LET’S GET STARTED

Uniquely You!

I want to get to know you. What are your hobbies, interests, goals, and things you love? Each senior photo session is as unique as you are. You can bring props, wear your team uniform, have photos at the football field or chemistry lab. You can include your pet also! Why not have photos at the school where you spent so much time there? We can find your favorite hang outs, have shots with your friends, and photos with the school in the back ground to always remember the years you spent there. There are so many options!

What to Wear

Plan to wear outfits that show your personality and interests. Choose clothes you love and are timeless. Wear comfortable clothes. Nothing too tight or too baggy. Avoid super bright clothes and big corporate logos, unless you really want that Pepsi shirt. In an hour session you can have a clothes change and lots of variety of shots.

Dressy

Girls wear a long flowy dress or skirt. Avoid super short mini skirts. Choose necklines that are not too low. Make sure your bra strap is not seen also. 

Boys wear classic dress clothes for a sleek look. A suit is timeless and always flattering.

Casual

Layers can be fun. You can choose a jacket or sweater to layer over top. If you have a letterman jacket or student body sweater you can wear that too! Wear your favorite comfortable clothes you want to see in your photos. I'd recommend wearing something timeless and classic like jeans and a button down shirt that you love.

Props

Bring anything you want to include in your photos. If you are into sports you can wear your sports’ uniform or have a ball in the photo. Musicians can bring their instrument in the photo (except for a piano maybe). Of course if you want to have photos with a piano I have a grand piano at my home you can use. I also play the piano, organ, and guitar and have photos with me at the piano and organ.

Pets

You can have your favorite animal in your photos. I have 2 cats and love to have them in my photos. I’ve taken a lot of photos with dogs. I love animals.

Drone Photos

I have a new drone for over head shots. I can include your school and fun, unique shots with the drone. It can be fun to show you on your car, laying in the grass, and you can have a fun environmental portrait. Props look great from overhead. Girls with long dresses and long hair look amazing overhead also.

TYPES OF SENIOR PHOTOS

Traditional

I’ll take the usual look at the camera shot. You can be smiling and also serious looking into my lens. I’ll take a traditional headshot, full body shot, and 3/4 shot. 

Candid and Fun 

I like to get you laughing and looking away from the camera. You can jump, twirl, dance, and have action shots. I’ll get shots that show your personality.

Enjoy Your Photos

Two weeks after the shoot I’ll have your edited photos ready and uploaded to an online gallery for you to share. I also have professional prints, canvas, wall art, and invitations available. You can get exactly what you need and I’ll help you pick out items for your photos. You’ll be excited to share your photos and remember your graduation forever!
